Johan Venter
As the CEO of Venco Energies, he brings 38 years of experience in the fuel industry, with 30 of those years spent with a leading South African oil company. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep expertise in various facets of the energy sector, including Marketing, Planning and Analysis, Project Management, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), Operations, and Credit Management.
With a strong track record in strategic leadership and operational excellence, he has led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. His approach combines a solid understanding of market dynamics with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and sustainability. He is passionate about advancing Venco Energies’ position as a leader in the fuel wholesale sector while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Franco Venter
Franco is a board member and IT professional at Venco Energies, and brings a versatile skill set honed through a background in systems administration and tech sales.
With over a decade of experience in the technology sector, he leverages his technical expertise and strategic insight to driving innovation and operational efficiency. Currently, he is expanding his business knowledge by pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management, equipping him to bridge the gap between technology and finance.
His goal is to create value by aligning technological solutions with sound financial strategies that support sustainable growth for Venco Energies and beyond.
Andre Venter
Andre is the Finance and Admin Manager and plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring legal compliance. With a strong background in graphic design, Andre is also responsible for creating visual content for the company, aligning design with Venco Energies’ brand identity.
In addition to his core responsibilities, Andre handles interactions with suppliers and banks, facilitating smooth business operations. He also manages the setup of accounts for both customers and suppliers, ensuring efficient and accurate financial systems.
Driven by a passion for detail and organization, Andre ensures that all aspects of Venco Energies’ operations run efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations.
